Our Sand Overlay System

Our sand overlay system is a two-component epoxy overlay system that when combined with kiln dried and properly sourced wear surface aggregates, produces a resilient overlay with benefits not typically found in traditional cement-based overlays.

We have sourced a premier solution for this system made of crushed, kiln-dried basalt aggregate which makes up our Boardwalk color. This material is a crushed basalt rock, approved by the Federal Highway Administration and provides a premium looking and performing surface. We also offer the colors Shoreline (Gray) and Sandcastle (Gold) as additional, kiln-dried sand aggregate options.

Our Concrete Sealer

Made from the best water repellent chemicals in the construction market, our sealer is a blend of silanes and siloxanes trusted by architects, engineers and building owners looking for long lasting protection of unpainted, porous surfaces. It protects against damage from water, salt and freeze-thaw cycling that can cause cracks in a surface. It also adds stain resistance to the treated surface for easier cleaning. Our product dries transparent and comes with a 20 year warranty.
